T-SHIRTS are CUSTOME MADE keeping in mind the End Use, the Weather Condition under which the garment is used, the purpose (uniforms, sports, short & long term promotions, road shows, high end corporate conferences boutique pieces etc) and target prices. The salient features of our Manufacturing Process are FABRIC SHRINKAGE CORRECTION (FSC) which is corrected to below 5% at 70°c water temperature to meet International Quality Norms. We use the long loop system which allows very minimal scope for any error in shrinkage.

Color Fastness on cotton and poly cotton fabric are done with High Density Fast Flow dyeing process, and at time the Double Dyeing Process is also used depending on the end use of the garment. We not only assure for Normal Color Fastness but also Sun Color Fastness and also consistency in colors from batch to batch. Fastness is held at 96% at 70° C water temperature.
This guarantees that our T-SHIRTs can be used for a longtime and would retain its fabric structure, knit, shape and color.
We are also using the latest printing technology available apart from computerised embroidary to highlight the company's name logo and/or products on the T-Shirts. As a standard for the these garments we follow the SITRA (South India Textile Research Association) and ASTM (American Standards for Testing Materials) standards for testing the Fabrics and Garments.
